I am sure that my VOID after "an" in the mission statement will create a great tension because it makes the listeners to be confused and ask questions about what the mission statement is going to be about. The void will make them anxious, nevous and impatient and can't wait to hear it because they don't know what they will hear afterwards and the details of the mission statement.
PART2
The composer can put a great crescendo throughout the whole piece, put a long rest after it and play some soft piano notes to create tension and release in the music.
